View the demoStart with your event information.
Enter the event details
Add the name, date, time, venue and introduction so attendees know what to expect and where to go.
Check the page and capacity
Choose a preset cover or your logo and banner, set capacity and review the page. Save a draft until ready.
Publish and share the link
Publish after checking the details, share the link with attendees, and view registrations in event management.
Match registration status
to your preparations.
Save a draft before publishing
Prepare and revise event details before opening registration. Review the information before sharing the link.
Set capacity and check duplicates
Set capacity for your event. Duplicate email registrations within the same event are checked to keep records clear.
Close registration manually when needed
Organizers can close registration before an event. Scheduled registration deadlines are not currently available.
A registration receipt
you can check.
See whether registration was saved
“Registration saved” means the record is on the guest list. Confirmation email availability and processing status are explained separately. No email does not mean registration failed.
Check the same submission after a connection failure
Keep the original page and details if the result is unclear. Use “Check original registration result” and follow instructions to retry the same operation without adding a duplicate record.
Checking requires the original submission details. Contact support if the page is closed, the browser changes or the details are lost. Public email-based registration lookup is not available.
Read the registration and result-checking guideRegistration and email:
common questions.
Read the bilingual user guide Should I register again if no confirmation email arrives?
Check the completion page and the organizer’s guest list first. “Registration saved” means you are on the list. Automatic confirmation emails are not yet available. Once enabled, acceptance by an email provider will still not prove delivery or that an email was read.
Will enabling confirmation emails send them to earlier registrations?
No. The switch only applies to new registrations accepted after the setting is saved. Existing events keep it off until the organizer enables it. Turning it off does not recall already scheduled notifications.
Will changing the date or venue automatically notify attendees?
No. Editing event information does not automatically notify everyone or resend confirmation emails. Confirm important changes with your guests separately.
Can I submit from a new page while the original result is unclear?
Keep the original page and use “Check original registration result”. Retry only when the system confirms there is no original receipt and offers a retry with the original information. Contact the organizer or support if that information is lost.
Features and current scope.
Event details, drafts and publishing
Prepare event details, drafts, previews and publishing, with a preset cover or your event logo and banner.
Fixed layouts and supported image formats; no free-form page builder.
Read the user guideEnd time and multi-day events
Describe same-day, overnight or consecutive multi-day events with a start and end time.
No per-session or re-entry management. End time does not extend the registration cut-off at event start.
Read the user guideChinese and English interface and guides
Use the Chinese and English System interface and guides, with language switching on the website.
Demo images identify their interface language. Organizers supply their event copy.
Read the user guideThree-day test trial per event
Start 72 hours when creating the specified event and explore the workflow with up to 20 separate test records.
Authenticated owner previews only, not free real events. Read-only after expiry; no public registration, real emails or export during trial.
Read the user guideManual payment verification and event unlock
A designated administrator verifies an FPS or bank transfer payment to unlock the specified event.
An enquiry or payment detail submission is not confirmation. One payment does not unlock other events.
Read the user guideCapacity and duplicate-registration protection
Set capacity or leave organizer capacity uncapped. Full events and duplicate emails within the event remain protected.
Uncapped organizer capacity still follows purchased registration quota and platform limits; it is not unlimited commercial use.
Read the user guideRegistration entry and manual closure
Attendees enter their name and email. Organizers share a registration link and close registration manually when needed.
Real public registration requires a verified paid, published and eligible event. Trial is an authorized test preview only. No paid tickets, QR check-in or self-service printing.
Read the user guideIntroduction, registration and confirmation
Use three fixed pages for the event introduction, registration details and confirmed result.
Public registration requires eligible published events. Confirmation verifies the saved result.
Read the user guideRegistration receipts and original-result checks
The completion page shows whether registration was saved. Keep the original page to check the same submission and retry safely when instructed.
Requires the original submission details; no public lookup of another person’s registration.
Read the user guideEvent logo and banner
Set a separate event logo and banner and preview their display.
Assets follow event permissions; trial and draft images are not publicly readable.
Read the user guideRemove Powered by on paid event pages
After verified payment, remove Powered by from that event’s public web pages.
Event web pages only; existing emails and the website or workspace branding are unchanged.
