For workflow exploration only, with no public registration, real notifications or export. Test records remain separate from real guests.
Read-only on expiry; unlock after verification
Real events require payment. After expiry, view the event and enquire about unlocking. Records are not automatically deleted; editing and export stay closed.

A designated administrator verifies FPS or bank transfer payments. Each payment belongs to an event; there is no automatic subscription or whole-account unlock.
Get payment instructions for the specified event on WhatsApp and provide the transfer reference after payment. Once funds are confirmed, Powered by is removed from that event’s public web pages.

Do the two fixed-price plans have different features?
Both share system features and are priced by event size. 500 people falls into the HK$10,000 band; 2,001 or more needs a quotation. Available capabilities and limits are listed here and in Features.
Is the three-day trial an account trial?
Each event has its own clock: 72 hours from creation, with up to 20 test records. It is for an authenticated owner preview, with no public registration, real emails or export. Real events require payment.
What happens after the trial expires?
The event becomes read-only. Editing, publishing, export and new test registrations are unavailable. Records remain viewable; you can check status and enquire about unlocking. There is no automatic deletion.
How do I pay and activate a real event?
Request payment instructions for the specified event on WhatsApp. Pay by FPS or bank transfer and provide the transfer reference. The administrator confirms funds received before unlocking that event; a transfer notice is not confirmation.
Does one payment unlock every event in my account?
Payment belongs to the specified event and does not unlock other events. Paid events have no automatic expiry, but platform and plan limits still apply.
Which branding is removed after payment?
Powered by is removed from that event’s public web pages. Website, workspace and existing email branding are outside this scope.
Are onsite equipment, printing or staff included?
Event software and onsite services are separate. Check-in staff, printing equipment, badge consumables, onsite printing and other services are quoted separately by date, venue, quantity and scope.
Is organizer capacity the same as the billable count?
No. Organizers control registration capacity; pricing follows the confirmed commercial rules. Plan quota counts cumulative successful real registrations. Retries, failures and test records are excluded; deleting records does not restore quota. Organizer capacity does not remove the plan limit.
