This update focuses on whether registration was saved and how onsite service requirements are drafted, checked and updated.
New: registration receipts and original-result checks
The completion page separates saved registration from notification status. If the connection drops after submission, keep the original page, check the original result and follow the instructions to retry the same operation.
Improved: fewer duplicate registrations from retries
Registration and its receipt are saved together. A retry uses the original operation. Contact the organizer if you change browsers or lose the original details rather than submitting a new registration.
New: service requirement drafts, review and edits
Save a draft, review the summary and submit. Add information by editing the original inquiry; closed inquiries are view-only. Submission is not a booking, staffing arrangement or payment.
New: bilingual user guides
The guides cover registration results, the single confirmation-email switch, unconfirmed submission results, and the difference between inquiry drafts and submissions.
